  • We will work together to connect to your changing body, adapt movement strategies as you move along, and prepare for motherhood.

  • No “bounce back” language will be found here. Reconnect with your body through patience and give it the strength & support it is asking for. Strengthen to heal from labor & delivery, restore your diastasis, stop leaking, reduce prolapse, and move well.

  • Let’s get your diaphragm and pelvic floor working together to support you! Strengthening this relationship can get you to move AND feel better.

  • It all starts with the breath! Breathing is our foundation. Do not underestimate the power of your breath. We will work to ensure your breathing pattern is supporting you & your nervous system as best it can & strengthen your 360 diaphragmatic breathing.

  • Our posture is the framework of our entire system. We are not aiming for “perfect posture.” Instead, we want a posture that supports our rib cage, pelvic floor, breathing patterns, and more. Nagging low back pain? Let’s take a look at your posture!

  • We cannot sustain good breathing & posture without core strength. Our abdominals only make up a small part of our core. The core actually consists of the hips, pelvis, abdominals, lower back, mid-back, and neck regions of the body. Pretty much - our whole body is our core. Let’s work to build strength!
