It all starts with the breath! Breathing is our foundation. Do not underestimate the power of your breath. We will work to ensure your breathing pattern is supporting you & your nervous system as best it can & strengthen your 360 diaphragmatic breathing.

Our posture is the framework of our entire system. We are not aiming for “perfect posture.” Instead, we want a posture that supports our rib cage, pelvic floor, breathing patterns, and more. Nagging low back pain? Let’s take a look at your posture!

We cannot sustain good breathing & posture without core strength. Our abdominals only make up a small part of our core. The core actually consists of the hips, pelvis, abdominals, lower back, mid-back, and neck regions of the body. Pretty much - our whole body is our core. Let’s work to build strength!
