We spoke at length about my journey and she arrived at our first session with a plan in mind. After that one session I was already experiencing less pain and able to start going on walks again.   • "I cannot say enough about the incredible progress I’ve made this pregnancy. Comparing this pregnancy to my first, I have more energy, mobility and significantly less pain and soreness. I love how she tailors each session to how I’m feeling both physically and mentally, as I don’t know any other instructors who make things so unique... I feel much more knowledgeable and aware of what my body is doing during this pregnancy. Not because it’s my second rodeo, but because Danielle does such a good job educating me about how my body is preparing for labor.
